Engagement brief
The engagement brief on the Contact page is assembled in your browser. Information you type is held in page memory while the page is open. It is not automatically sent to Joel Manu LLC, saved in browser local storage, or stored by this website on a server. Choosing “Copy brief” copies the text to your clipboard; choosing “Download engagement brief” saves a text file to your device.
Email you choose to send
“Email us” opens your email app. “Open email draft” opens your email app with the brief in a draft. Neither action sends a message through this website. If you choose to send it in your email app, the message and information you include are transmitted through your email provider to Joel Manu LLC and handled as correspondence, subject to the email providers’ practices.
Website operation
As with most hosted websites, the hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, and access times, to deliver and operate the site. This page does not make a promise about the provider’s specific log retention practices.
Sensitive information
Please do not put sensitive insurance data into the brief or an email draft. Sensitive information should only be exchanged through separately agreed channels as part of an engagement.
